Nigerian gospel minister Victor Atenaga has released “FIRE (LIVE),” a powerful live worship recording featuring renowned worship minister Dunsin Oyekan. Recorded at ATW Center Studio in Abuja, Nigeria, the song is a heartfelt cry for the manifest presence of the Holy Spirit and a call for believers to experience renewed passion, spiritual purification and deeper fellowship with God.
Inspired by the scripture, “For our God is a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:29), “FIRE (LIVE)” goes beyond a conventional worship song to express a deep longing for God’s presence to consume everything that stands in the way of wholehearted devotion to Him.
The recording captures an atmosphere of spontaneous worship, drawing listeners into a moment of surrender, reverence and spiritual hunger. Through its prayerful expressions and passionate delivery, the song invites believers to seek the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, allowing His fire to purify their hearts, awaken their faith and draw them closer to Him.
Featuring Dunsin Oyekan, the live recording brings together two ministers in a shared expression of worship, centred on the desire for a genuine encounter with God. The song’s central message is a prayer that those who encounter it will experience spiritual renewal and emerge with a deeper commitment to God’s presence.
With its live instrumentation, layered backing vocals and carefully arranged musical production, “FIRE (LIVE)” creates a worship experience designed not merely to be heard, but to become a personal expression of prayer and devotion.
The recording was produced and arranged by Martyn Xanadu and Kingsley Oyenmwense, with Quest Tarilate Badudugu serving as co-producer. Audio mixing and mastering were handled by Isaac Airhia of AICOND TECH SERVICES, while Emmanuel Otono of Nuel Jo Production handled the video and graphics editing.
Through this release, Victor Atenaga invites listeners to move beyond the routine of worship into a deeper pursuit of God’s presence, with the prayer that the encounter will leave them spiritually refreshed, their faith rekindled and their hearts forever transformed.
“We will never be the same again.”
