Jamian Sawyers more affectionately known as ‘Jamie’ was born and raised in the community of Flankers, Montego Bay. Despite the stigma and stereotype attached to his hometown, Jamie has always been focused on rising above the typical. Thanks to strong christian principles instilled by his parents, his quest for better acted as the springboard for his poetry and later music.
