Music: Tasha Page Lockhart – ‘Different’

Season 6 Sunday Best Winner, Tasha page Lockhart, is the first female artist to sign to Kirk Franklin’s label, Fo Yo Soul Entertainment. After her performance on Celebration of Gospel this past Sunday, April 6th, she debuted her new single, Different, written and produced by Kirk Franklin, which is evident in the sound and style.

Having had a past that consisted of Drug and Alcohol abuse as well as Sexual abuse, Lockhart has definitely experienced the hardships of life.  With conviction, anointing, and power, the daughter of Gospel legend Lisa Page Brooks sings “I’m Different y’all, I’m not the same. Every since I met the savior, see my life has changed. I must admit back in the day I did some crazy things. But that’s my pass, and my pass has not passed away. Now I’m Different!”
