Markise, founder, visionary writer, producer and leader, has been diligently making the name of the M.O. Band acclaimed. The MO Band has gained the opportunity to sing on stages and be acquainted with such industry giants, as John P. Kee, Tye Tribbett, and Kirk Franklin, just to name a few. They have also sang on many occasions with R&B diva Lil’ Mo and Phillip Bryant.
Markise and the MO Band not only sing for God’s glory, but annually they hold a benefit concert called “The Push,” established in 2012 to bring awareness and raise money to support various causes. To date, they have supported causes such as sickle-cell anemia, and prevention of the teen pregnancy crisis.
