Originally from Newport News, VA, Brandon is the youngest of three children. He was raised in a small community by two devoted parents. It was during his adolescent years that he developed an interest in writing and singing. While in college, he channeled those interests into audio engineering in an effort to learn how to bring the music in his mind to reality.

It didn’t take long for him to start putting his lyrical ideas to music, which quickly began to make him consider the message that he wanted to share. “When I started making music, I knew I wanted to do gospel – but I think I made an unconscious attempt to water the message down to try and be what society considers relevant. Fortunately, the day came when the Most High blessed me to hear a man of God preaching wholeheartedly against sin and it gave me a confidence that I never had before – not just to sing a clearer message, but more importantly, to believe that a person can live without sin. To be honest, I just didn’t think it was possible.”

Armed with this faith, he feels that the music is simply a byproduct of the teaching he’s received. “I realize that music is not my purpose. We were all made to fear God and keep His commandments. So, I just pray that my life will be acceptable in His sight.”
Brandon currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his loving wife and beautiful children.
