Laolu ‘Dokun is a seasoned music minister of the Gospel with a passion for true worship. Born in the beautiful city of Lagos Nigeria, his love for music started at a very tender age of 8 years, playing the snare and bass drums for his primary school.
Also called LOLO by close friends, Laolu is a song writer, arranger, multi-instrumentalist and he has sang alongside some of the best in the Nigerian Gospel Music space. He believes in the sanctity of the Gospel Music message, and worship as a gateway to God’s heart. He has led bands and choirs successfully.
“Only You” (produced by Sunday Olubodun) is a new single by Laolu, a song declaring the faithfulness of God being the one who changes all things, yet never changes. The song was received in 2017, recorded in 2019 by SOD Music, Mixed & Mastered by Jide Folayan (MMJ) and NOW Released for the listening pleasure of every believer.
Laolu currently serves in Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel) Akure, as a Worship Leader.
