Snoop Dogg (& various artists) are nominated for Top Gospel Album for his first Gospel release, Snoop Dogg Presents Bible of Love (All The Time Entertainment/RCA Inspiration). Koryn Hawthorne garners two nominations, in Top Gospel Album for her full-length debut Unstoppable, and Top Gospel Song for her hit anthem “Won’t He Do It.” Jason Nelson is nominated in Top Gospel Song for his hit single “Forever.” Additionally, Kirk Franklin receives a nomination in Top Gospel Song for his featured performance with Tori Kelly on her single “Never Alone.”
The Billboard Music Award nominees are selected via key fan interactions with the artists, including charts, radio airplay, and other measures tracked by Billboard and its data partners. The 2019 Billboard Music Awards will be held in Las Vegas, airing on Wednesday May 1, 2019 at 8 pm ET/PT on NBC.
