Debutante gospel singer, Dammy Prosper is out with a new song tagged “Oba Laafin.”
The Yoruba [a language predominantly spoken in the southwestern region of Nigeria] titled song in a verbatim translation in English means “The king in the palace.” This is an inspirational song that makes you want to ponder on the greatness of God.
Sharing on the song, she says, “I am the kind of person who reasons a lot, always thinking and wondering about the mysterious work of God. At a time I get inspiration about the creative activities of God anywhere.”
“I might be travelling, I might be in my room or anywhere at all. The thought of God has been consistent in my mind and that was what led to this song cause when I think about the goodness of God, you see that he is so mighty.” – she adds.
