Shégun is a gifted musician who has been around music circles for a while. His first dose of the spotlight came while he was a lead vocalist at Winners Chapel, Kubwa, Abuja, and Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA).He is particularly known for his tonal quality and precision vocal gymnastics. Shégun is also a fantastic bass guitarist, and with his tools of music he tutors and is seen as mentor to many including the National Christian Corpers’ Fellowship (NCCF) Lagos choir and Daystar Youth Fellowship choir. He serves at Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos.

“You are God” by Shégun is a celebration of God based on a fusion of soft rock and local genres, and features a touch of R’n’B in a most convincing vocal delivery.
