The Arrowz band is a family gospel band based in Abuja. In this family, everyone’s a musician and multi instrumentalist. Both parents are graduates of music from various esteemed international institutions and have been doing music for decades now.
The song Overcomer was written by the first child, band leader and only daughter, Monjolajesu Olugbeminiyi who’s a dancer, a singer, a songwriter, thespian and guitarist of the band. Overcomer came out of 1 John 5:4 which says … “and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith…”
The message is that of unity and the love for God in every family, the body of Christ and the society at large.
