Divinefavour is a Student of University of Benin, a seasoned Nigerian Gospel Singer, song writer and recording artiste. Her first song release was in 2020, a single titled “Powerful God” and ever since then her music ministry has taken an upward lifting.
DivineFavour emerged 1st Runner-up and FACE OF FOGMMON, Edo State in the project “EFOF” 2020: a competition organized by the Edo State Chapter of FOGMMON, with the aim of promoting Gospel music in Nigeria and projecting Christ. The project “EFOF” includes amongst other benefits, song production and sponsorship for which DivineFavour has benefited and utilized in this song project.
This song “Power in the Name” was inspired by a deep appreciation and meditation on the potency of the name of Jesus. It is an affirmation of faith in the name of Jesus and aimed at provoking the power in the name of Jesus in any situation of life. “Power in the Name” was produced by MDave, a renowned producer and CEO of SAMA STUDIOS, Benin City, Edo State.
