Philadelphia Singer/Songwriter Joe Miralles is pleased to announce the released of his fifth independent music release “Five”. Five is a 6 song EP recorded during the winter of 2015 in Phoenixville Pa. Joe returned to the Hacienda recording studio with Cliff Hillis at the recording and engineering helm. This is Joe’s 3rd release recorded at the Hacienda in Phoenixville Pa Five- explores topics such as love, forgiveness, redemption and overcoming life’s obstacles. The lead off track and first Single Church Downtown was co-written with Grammy nominated and Dove award winner Paul Colman (Paul Colman Trio, Newsboys). Joe also had some assistance in the studio from Philadelphia musicians Kevin Killen drums, organ and banjo Cliff Hillis- Bass and lead guitar and others.
Joe’s musical style is difficult to label which makes his music interesting and attractive to the listener. On his 2013 release “Under the Sun” Joe explores such topics as loss, mercy and redemption. Joe’s music is rooted in his faith and is shared throughout his recordings and his live performances. Under the Sun received rave reviews and radio airplay on Sirius XM and WXPN 88.5 FM in Philadelphia.
Over the years, Joe has had the opportunity to record with Grammy winning producers, write music with Dove award winning songwriters, and more. But, Joe feels his greatest accomplishment is his family and his faith. Joe continues to write record and play music live throughout the Pennsylvania area.
