“MISTAHGREEN” (Ahmed O.Ibrahim) is a Nigerian recording artist, Singer/Songwriter, producer, rapper, sound engineer, musician, brand, animal activist and fashion designer . He is from Lagos state, South West region of Nigeria . Music has always been present in Ahmed’s life, right from childhood, he had been exposed to Indigenous and exotic music through his parents and friends. He has a passion to be heard and to share his gift with the world in general.
He started singing since 1996 but professionally Mistah Green started getting attention in 2009 with his sensational and soul piercing voice and lyrics. He is influenced by both indigenous and foreign R & B, Pop, soft and hard rock and Soul music. His music however falls mainly in the traditional pop rock and lyrical genre with influences from all of the above. He believes that his kind of music will have its place in Africa with his dexterous use of the Yoruba language to motivate people, lift souls and encourage humanity.
