Olajide Philips was born in Ondo town, September 10, 1988, 2nd of the family of 6, but later move to Lagos, Nigeria for his elementary studies. He developed interest in music at a very tender age along side with his twin olajide paul.
His interest in music made him join the children choir at The Redeemed Christain Church of God. During his teen years he moved to the teens church where his talent was spotted, his love for music grew and also the desire for learning musical instruments. Once a member of Salvation miracle acapela band, in 2009, while in school studying music technology formed & manage Heaven’s breed group.
Olajide Philips is not just another gospel artist stepping into d music industry, but an instrument of God utilising his gift to lift people’s heart unto God and make them see realities in their dreams.(If I can succeed Yes You can)
He is one of Nigeria’s finest gospel music singer and minister, Song Writer, Recording Artist, Seasoned Music Coach and currently serves as Music Director at The Redeemed Christian Church of God Canaan Area, PFN Youth Director and also the convener of Amen Concert.
