In preparation for his forthcoming album, Gospel music minister and worship leader, Josh O’maiye has released his long anticipated single “I Will Follow You”.
“I Will Follow You” is a song of commitment to Jesus Christ. It is one of the songs off his upcoming album. Speaking about the song, Josh said “I wrote it off a personal conviction that despite the pursuit of life’s goals and successes, following Jesus, and serving him is the best choice. In John 8:12 Jesus says “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life”.
This is a statement of assurance that it is fulfilling to follow Jesus. It is nurturing. It is in fact a wise choice, because when you think about God and how He makes manifest in us who believe in Jesus, we can be assured that the end is going to be glorious. The hope is that this song stirs the listener’s belief in the Christ, irrespective of the challenges of life and that faith in Him remains trendy, even in this generation.
