Music: Kevin Stewart – “Yes”

With always having a desirable passion to be an independent artist, Kevin Stewart Jr. has put a lot of hard work in serving other artists and ministries a like. While sacrificing his time to support others musically, he’s now ready to venture out and stand on his own. With the release of his first single “Yes”, the platform has provided itself for him to be heard.

Kevin developed his unique style from a lifetime of musical influence. Growing up in a talented musical family, serving in his church’s music ministry, and attending a performing arts school, all kept him surrounded by different forms of music. This is where his musical tastes and interests became known which opened the door to various music opportunities shaping his craft as a creative vocalist.

During the course of his college career, he was granted the opportunity to become a mentee to  Dorinda Clark Cole. He also assisted with background vocals for a plethora of well renowned gospel artists such as LeAndria Johnson, Karen Clark Sheard, and Ernest Pugh. With much exposure from these experiences, Kevin became compelled to start working on his first single that would be released to the public.

Having artist and producer, Brandon Avery Smith of BAS Music Group, believing in his voice, gift, and anointing, Kevin knew that the time was right to start working. With much hard work and dedication, the highly anticipated single, Yes, from Kevin is finally here. This single shows his maturity and transparency while captivating the hearts of its listeners.

Kevin’s motivation behind the music is to empower and to bring a sense of hope to a nation that is facing adversity daily. At a time like this, music is requiring more of God’s Spirit and anointing. With much prayer and dedication to his music and relationship with God, Kevin plans to stay consistent with each level of growth while captivating the heart of everyone who encounters his music.
