Meet D’Vibes also known as Vibes Vibrant, a singing group of seven with ms.Yancy as her founder and Joz-e,Ryna,V1 Randy E,E-Rukey, Heavenly and Nefe as group-members. A vision birthed on the 5th of November 2010. Out to recreate the world with one voice(God’s word).
Speaking about the formation of the group, they said “We Label ourselves “Singatives” we see ourselves in a business of making music that speak the mind of God. We are fully persuaded, a deep-seated conviction that we are God’s masterpiece to cause that necessary change. We cut across various genres like rock, jazz,dance but more graced in pop and acappella”…
“As an upcoming act we have been found worthy of this vocation by many as God has used us to minister his word to Many lives. Though Just started We’ve been able to create links with the NDCN (Niger-delta Christian network). We’ve represented the network with the tag”the NDCN Minstrel” We have dedicated ourselves to this purpose and we believe ours is a “vision with God inside”. We hope to make our mark in gospel music, making God’s word the Melody we sing. This is where he has us”.
The group who already has two mixtapes “We Praise” and the second “Allgrown” in 2012, released a single recently titled “You in my Battle, My Victory”.
