Mutiple-award winner and MOBO nominee Sam Adebanjo, is releasing his long awaited ‘Batise’ Remix on 24th November. In a bid to celebrate the beauty of Africa and inspire hope in troubling times, the music video was shot in several African countries and reflects the countries diverse, colourful and vibrant cultures.

‘Batise’ means ‘solution’ in the Nigerian language of ‘Yoruba’. Sam Adebanjo says he wants to remind people to the midst of tribulation, confusion and pain, there is a solution and that solution is God.

“When shooting the video, we thought it would be a great way to send a message to Africa who has a number of countries facing extremely difficult times that God is on our side .”

‘Batise’ is taken from Sam’s fourth studio album, Genesis. Produced by the super talented, Shabach and HenriSoul, ’Batise’ is a successful fusion of Afrobeats and Pop.
