Not resting on her laurels following the huge success of her return track, the viral HIT song, #BabaDey, the popular multiple award nominated UK-based Gospel Artiste, Hannah Ola, now presents a fresh uniquely anointed sound that will usher listeners and viewers to a special place of powerful prayer and communion with God. It is a simple but powerful song that is ready for choirs and congregations across the world to begin to add to their favourite worship music repertoire/ list.
Of the inspiration behind the self-written song, Hannah says, “At the end of the day it’s all about the Cross!! And the precious Blood shed for you and for me! Easter is my favourite season of the year; it underpins the essence of my Christianity. I prayed to God for a song about the redemptive power of the Blood of His Son Jesus, and He gave me this song in January 2015, but I did not fully realise the power in it until the beginning of 2017 when I just could not stop singing it during my private worship. I knew I could not postpone another year, I know BLOOD SONG is a song the world needs to hear now.”
BLOOD SONG is produced by music and vocal producer extraordinaire, Michael Oyo of OYO Musiq. This video is directed by the brilliant Charlie Locke.
