Trained and studied as a Civil Engineer, and a music artiste from the Believers’ Loveworld Nation – Christ Embassy, Paul Atume, fondly called Marpe (meaning medicine/healing) has evolved into a complete minister of songs through diligence, service, persistence and unfeigned love for God expressed in live ministrations in his local assembly and other platforms he has ministered. He is steadfast and sold out to God and his eyes are focused on ministry and fulfilling His divine purpose. Paul’s dream is to write music with scriptural based lyrics which ministers to the heart of God and touches the hearts of men. Not what’s hot, but what delivers, what heals, what restores, music that God inhabits.
Paul ‘Marpe’ has worked and shared the stage with award-winning artists, including Chris Shalom, Ikiri Lawrence, Eben, Kasid, Obi Shine, Eli-J and J-Soul just to name a few.
He’s currently on a ‘Sounds of Worship’ EP project from which he debuts “The Jehovah Anthem” single produced by multi-talented Kelvin Ozore (producer of Chris Shalom’s you are the reason, shining brightly, we bless your name, etc).
