”Aluede Ogbeme is a potential gospel singer. Birthed to the family of Mr. Monday and Mrs. Elizabeth Aluede on June 2nd. She hails from Ugbegun, Esan Central Local Government in Edo state, Nigeria. She is the last child from a sibling of seven. When asked what it feels like been the last child, she says; it’s one of those things, but blesses God for her family, whom she adores and loves dearly. She grew up passionate about music, which she started yearning for at a tender age of seven.
Ogb as she is fondly called graduated with honours and has a B.sc in Biochemistry which she obtained from Delta state University, Abraka and she is currently in pursuit of her masters’ programme at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has natural abilities in calculations, data management and human relations. She is opinionated, relative, reserved, down to earth, ready to learn and adapt quickly which makes her very attentive to details.
She has been in several choirs both as soloist and lead vocalist. She currently is a choir member of Newbreed Leadership Centre. Where, she is more than a blessing. She says singing to and for God and His people, its more of home for her; It’s great to sing songs that help us or that encourages us to live right, or to talk right, or to love each other.
She strongly believes her song can greatly phantom out a positive reaction to the issues that affect the wounded soul. The title of her song “no worry” was drawn from how individuals are affected by what they perceive on daily basis, through struggle, hardship and torment. But the song is a catalyst that talks about what enormous blessing one gets when he is in Christ”.
