Anne Chukwudumebi Okonji who goes by the stage name D’Annie, is a soulful, classical, urban & contemporary Nigerian Gospel artist who hails from Delta State.
She is well known for her deep root in classical singing which has helped shape her striking Soprano vocal. Singing as a passion began from a very tender age where she belonged to choral groups in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary institutions attended. Her youth service days were not left out as she served as a Music Director in House on the Rock Church, Calabar.
D’Annie draws inspiration from music and choir performances of renowned artists such as Kurt Karl, Yolanda Adams, Fred Hammond, Celine Dion, Sammie Okposo amongst others and shared stage with prolific gospel artists such as Gabriel Ezeashi, Sammie Okposo, Onos Ariyo, Nikki Laoye, Glowreeyah Braimah, Dr Kay to mention a few.
D’Annie’s debut single titled `Kelechi` got trending on several social media platforms as she continues to grace international stages with the song of gratitude to God.
