Shoggz PR LONDON won the Media platform of the year at the 2023 GX Awards in Birmingham, England. Shoggy Shoggz [The platform’s Director] and dedicated the award to his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, together with Salt FM UK‘s station manager, DJ Jhyde [who won the radio station of the year], Soulfood Gospel Radio‘s Station manager DJ Jhyde [picked up the gong for radio presenter of the year] & his wife, Mrs Olive Fadayomi who all travelled from London to Birmingham and attended the glamorous event held at the Birmingham Town Hall.

The show hosted by Ibe GiantKiller [Radio Presenter at Premier Gospel who won the Best Afrobeat artist of the year] & Annette B [The founder of The GX Awards] were attended by guests and honourees from all over the world. Shoggz PR edged out AStep FWD, Keep The Faith Magazine, Eden Music, Gospel Hydration, MHM Magazine, Ruthie Christian Media & Reggae Gospel 360 in a packed category at the prestigious event established in 2015.
Shoggy Shoggz picked up the gong for Best Media Publication of the year [for Shoggz PR LONDON].
The GX Awards hosted its 6th award ceremony with an Xplosion and the awards, [a United Kingdom-based platform] that celebrates personalities in the Christian Music, Screen, TV, and Media Industry as well as outstanding members of the community – had 29 award categories [12 Media creatives & 17 Music creatives] which were showcased on the night with breathtaking performances & ministrations on the stage including, Chris da Ambassada, Toyin Adekale, Chris Da Ambassada and newcomers Eden Music and Shekinah Berakah Praise dancer amongst others.
Latoyah won the Song of the Year’ for her song, ‘Super Love’.
Ibe GiantKiller [The Co-host of the night] won the Best Afrobeat artist of the year.
Shekinah won the Best DJ / Sound System of the year.
Some of the winners included Latoyah who won the Song of the Year for her song, ‘Super Love’, Shekinah who won the Best DJ / Sound System of the year, Sandra Godley [Best TV Show of the year for the TBN Fit for Purpose series], American Minstrel Appointed [who jetted in the country specially for the awards from Georgia with their booking manager – BM Snowden and a bunch of their team] who won Best International Radio Presenter and she helped pick up the award for Best International Radio Station of the year on behalf of Derashay [for Kingdom Influencers Network USA] and the multiple award winners on the night were Noel Robinson, Toyin Adekale [Best Female artist & Reggae artist of the year], Eden Music and the Best Actress of the year, Sharon Jackson who delighted the audience with a performance from from her play as she was picking up her gong. AStepFWD were also awarded ‘The Prestige Award’ in recognition for their hard work promoting Christian artists and was picked up by founder, Dennis O’Neil & Samantha Radford, AStepFWD’s Head of Communications.
Sandra Godley was the winner of Best TV Show of the year.
Minstrel Appointed won Best International Radio presenter of the year & helped pick up The Best International Radio Station of the year on behalf of Derashay [for Kingdom Influencers Network USA].
Toyin Adekale won Best Female artist & Reggae artist of the year.
