Born Oyenkepreye Odede as the third child of his parents, Preye grew up in Port Harcourt Township Area of Rivers State. As a young lad, he was part of an All-Male acappela singing group “Born to Praise”. He was also a member of the Universal Love Choir of the Assemblies of GOD Church Woji. A graduate of Microbiology Preye would also distinguish himself as a soloist with the Casor Reconciliation Choir (CRC) in Abia State University.
Preye was inspired to write the song Ebezina as a result of turbulent times his family faced with accommodation challenges for 9 years leading to their eventual ejection from a make-shift “batcher” home. But even when it seemed all was lost Preye didn’t loose his Praise and a song borne out of a grieving situation would go on to become the catalyst for a life transforming testimony!!!
He has also dropped several singles after the release of his debut Album “My Script” such as Bulie, Hosanna and recently “No Other God”
Most recently, whilst his elder sister went through a surgical operation in which complications almost took her life, confused and distraught, Preye sought help from friends and colleagues at large relying mainly on external prayer support but once again GOD laid in his heart a New Song “I Am Real” don’t take your eyes off me and while he worshiped GOD proved himself Real and today his sister is hale and hearty!!!
As he prepares for the release of his second album titled “Ready” We present to you that same GOD today… No matter what the past is GOD can change every situation… GOD IS Real!

Spaghetti Records released the compilation video titled “PowerFlow Videos” for Gospel music minister Monique in July. The video goes beyond putting together the works of the wave making Gospel music artiste but also shows her personality in a dynamic way.
They say a picture can tell a thousand words, how many do you, then think we can learn from a motion picture where the object of interest speaks at varying degrees about her ministry and personality?
We met forehand the professional singer and the anointed minister. We are giving a first seat view into how the 2 elements come together to create excellence in her ministry. Monique speaks on how this uniqueness makes her work a tool for evangelism creating a platform for the Holy Spirit to manifest.
Monique gets more personal as she takes us back to her debut into the music ministry. The hit song “Oba Gbogbo Aiye” is a testimony of the saving grace of God but the amazing thing is the fact that the whole world is singing this testimony with Monique, thereby birthing even a greater testimony. Monique is simply grateful that she is able to put the praise of God on the lips of people all around the world.
As a family oriented person, Monique gives praises to God for the lives around her. She speaks explicitly about the certain members of her family of whom she is grateful to God for their presence in her life, and how their influence has impressed on her qualities.
Due to the multi faceted persona of this music diva, it’s easy to create a frame for her in one’s mind. Monique also set this straight without making a frantic effort to justify herself. She opened up the scope that makes up Monique and leaves the audience with the privilege of making conclusion based on this scope.
“It is very easy to watch my videos and conclude on who I am, it is also very easy to read about me in some certain places and conclude on who I am… but I am more than [what you see on] the surface” – Monique.
Victories are certainly motivation that makes us believe God for greater testimonies. The same is true for the Gospel music diva. Being a wife, a mother, a child and a student can definitely weigh on a ministry such as that of a singer but Monique tells us the secret behind her balance – but you will have to watch the video to find out.
The video is definitely an expository into the ministry and personality of Monique, which cannot be exhausted in a single write-up. It is not everyday we get to meet a music minister face-to-face and this compilation provides us with such opportunity, one you will like to keep around you for a long time!

‘We were created to live in interactive relationship with Christ in God’s kingdom. His love never fails us (1 Corinthians 13:8). But, sadly, our hearts turn to many false lovers that disappoint and destroy our lives, hurting God, our True Love. One false love that dominates many, many people’s lives today and tempts all of us is food. To cope with pain, stress, tiredness, or loneliness we may use food or other things like alcohol, sexual excitement, achievement, or trying to make people happy.
Instead we need to bring ourselves and our needs to Jesus Christ. Safe relationships with Christ’s ambassadors help us to trust in God (2 Corinthians 5:20)’.
British Nigerian singer, songwriter and composer, and MOBO Award nominee Olaedo Ibe is back with two brand new singles ‘Fill Us’ and ‘Nobody Knows’, which are taken from her forthcoming sophomore EP Grow To Glow. Both singles come on the back of her critically acclaimed 2016 single ‘Lead Me’ which was supported by the likes of Premier Gospel, AStepFWD, ABN TV and TBN, among others.
Both written by Olaedo herself, and produced by renowned musician Ian Copeland Green, who has previously worked with Michael Jackson, Madonna and Fiona Yorke to mention a few, ‘Fill Us’ is a fun, playful and inspirational song, with a great message for the future generation, while ‘Nobody Knows’ is a socially conscious song about how the predictions of Matthew 24 are our present reality.
Speaking about the inspiration behind both records, Olaedo Ibe says of ‘Fill Us’, “this song means a lot to me, I think it’s a fun song and I feel blessed that I can explore different genres of music as an artist. Lyrically, it’s asking God to fill myself and others with his power, strength and all the fruits of the spirit, and sonically, it is fun and vibrant. It is unique, catchy and inspirational”.
About ‘Nobody Knows’ on the other hand, Ibe says, “this song taught me patience like no other song has. I wrote the pre-chorus and chorus when I was 14, but then I forgot the melody of the song. After 10 years, I randomly remembered the song, and recorded the melody so I wouldn’t forget again. I’ve been so surprised at the love it has received that I had to make sure it featured on my new project”.
Recorded Live at the Hammersmith Apollo, London in 2012. Muyiwa’s song ‘Hey Ya’ was born from the 100 year Azusa street celebrations in Los Angeles California in 2006.

One of the days I walked into a room and I could hear was ‘Hey Ya Ya, Hey Ya’ and it was American Indians all dressed up as they would in American western and they were chanting Hey Ya Ya saying these things about Jehovah and then responding with ‘Hey Ya Ya’, then I said to myself I am going to take this back to London, write a song about it and say things about God ‘Who is he that gave His life so you and I can be set free? Jesus Christ the son of God, He’s the King of kings and Lord of lords and end it with Hey Ya Ya, Hey Ya Ya, Hey Ya Ya, Hey Ya Ya, Hey Ya Ya hey OOH’
